New Anime-Themed Ramen Restaurant opens in Jersey City

A new Japanese ramen spot has just opened in Jersey City. Named Kumamon, this store offers an array of Asian food, as well as bubble tea. What’s more, the artwork in this place is fantastic and has anime favorites such as One Piece and Naruto plastered across the walls. Clearly, this place has had a lot of TLC poured into it.

Despite this, the food is meant to be very good according to early reviews, meaning this artwork is more than just a gimmick. As well as ramen, it also has BBQ skewers, fried rice, soups, and more.

Rather intriguingly, this venue has not had much fanfare regarding its opening. Unlike most modern restaurants, it does not have a social media following and it doesn’t seem to have had a grand opening either. While this place is primarily based on its food, it also means that yet another establishment has yet again opened that serves bubble tea. This comes just days after a standalone store announced its upcoming opening on the PATH plaza.

Located at 900 Bergen Ave, the opening hours are Mon-Fri 11 AM – 10:30 PM, Saturday 12 AM – 10:30 PM, Sunday 12 AM – 10 PM. College students can also get 10% off ramen dishes and it also offers takeout.
