BJ Penn criticizes Governor Josh Green – And calls him ‘very predictable’
Hawaiian politician and ex-UFC champion BJ Penn recently reignited his war of words with Governor Josh Green. This comes days after Green criticized BJ Penn and called him a bully for his comments made on the Hawaii wildfires.
Replying to Green, BJ Penn used his Instagram account and wrote: “Governor Josh Green exactly the pieces me and Hawaiian wanted on the board. You are very predictable! Wrong move Josh. Wide open now. Hawaii’s move up next! Remember Josh. It’s not the move, it’s the MOVEMENT! Don’t forget, you started it! Talk Soon.”
This was accompanied by an image that used a clown emoji as Penn was clearly very unhappy with Green. As expected, BJ Penn’s Instagram post was well received with a number of his followers. This comment was only made one year ago, and so far Green has yet to respond. Since the fires began, BJ Penn has been incredibly critical of the current Hawaiian regime and has spoken out about their policies and perceived lack of action.
Clearly however, it looks as though this one is set to rumble on with no end insight. It will be interesting to see how the voting public of Hawaii responds to this, with Green being a Democrat and Penn a staunch Republican.
