Sacramento’s most expensive property hits the market – And it’s surprisingly small
Sacramento’s most expensive home has just gone up for sale. This is priced at $2,125,000 and is currently available on Zillow. Here, it features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,046 sqft of living space. In total, it is based on 5,040 sqft when taking into account the front and backyard.
Even by Sacramento’s standards, this property isn’t exactly large and highlights just how expensive the city is. In other areas of California, this may be available for less than half its price when looking at size. Perhaps some of its charm is the location as it is based on 39th St. Equally, it is very well done and definitely makes efficient use of the space it has. Nonetheless, for the price it seems a little disappointing.
As seen, the house is very modern and features an outdoor dining area in the front yard which is next to its garage. It also comes with a large wine rack, an open-plan living room, and a gourmet kitchen. The upstairs has a large walk-in closet, laundry room, office, and a second living room which is very cozy.
This room also backs on to a large balcony space which has an outdoor BBQ-kitchen area. Below is the backyard which also has a jacuzzi and outbuilding that is used as a gym. Overall, it’s very well done and certainly has character. Nonetheless, it probably says more about Sacramento than it does about this home when looking at the price.
