Las Vegas’s most expensive rental hits the market – But it doesn’t seem worth it

Listed this week, Las Vegas’s most expensive house has just hit the market. Situated inside the prestigious Ridges Community, this newly built property includes access to 24-hour security, a guard, a golf course, and a community clubhouse. It also comes with 4 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms, and 5,174 sqft of living space.

Despite being in a prime Las Vegas location and being a nice, large home – it still seems overpriced. This is because it is listed on Zillow for a whopping $25,000 per month rent and this also includes a downpayment of $90,000 as a deposit.

It’s also bad news for pet lovers, as this exclusive community’s homes seemingly won’t allow them when renting. As seen, the main living space is genuinely impressive and features an open-plan kitchen and living room with high ceilings and large windows backing into the backyard. The outside also has a sizeable yard and four garage spaces.

This has some very modern features and is completely empty which allows you to see its sheer size and scale. However, it arguably looks a little soulless. The theme continues upstairs and interestingly, there’s an open-plan landing which is an unusual and interesting touch. Overall, it’s definitely a luxury property and is better than your average Las Vegas home. Nonetheless, for $25,000 per month, you may be expecting more.
