Originally listed in 2022, it is on Zillow for $25,000,000 and it hasn’t had a single price reduction over the past 450 days. As if that wasn’t enough, its monthly HOA fee is a staggering $9,532 which further adds to the costs.

Having said this, the condo is truly something special and has been described as a mansion in the sky. Located on the 48th floor, it boasts 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 8,666 sqft of living space. As seen, this is incredibly modern and has a number of luxurious spaces and features.

This has 360-degree skyline views, high ceilings, a grand dining room, an office, an outdoor balcony, and an open-plan living room. As you would expect, the location also comes with a number of five-star amenities such as a communal swimming pool, concierge, parking spaces, bar, and other touches.

Unfortunately, the fact remains that this has not been lived in since its creation in 2022. Whether it will sell in 2024 remains to be seen. However, if it doesn’t lower its price then it may be more of the same for the current owners.
