Recently, Oakland’s most expensive condo has been listed for sale on Zillow. This is a two-story penthouse in the Jack London Residence. Located in a prime spot, this has waterfront views and can see the Bay Bridge, Golden Gate, and Richmond Bridge as well as Mt Tamalpais.

This includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,691 sqft of living space, and is priced at $1,699,500 with monthly HOA fees of $1,133. Although expensive, it is also far cheaper than similar condos in neighboring cities which highlights how inexpensive Oakland’s real estate market is in comparison.

Orginally built in 2009, this has plenty of modern features and sports a minimalist vibe throughout. Here, it has an open-plan kitchen and main living area, walk-in closets, as well as its own balcony and outside dining area. Due to the high-end nature of the building, it’s also packed with luxury amenities.

These include a concierge, pool, fitness center, and club room as well as three parking spaces. Due to its reasonable price and strategic location, this one may sell quite quickly. Quite interestingly, it was last sold in 2018 for the same as the current asking price. Depending on your perspective, this could be viewed as a good or a bad thing.
