This two-story condo is extremely elegant but also comes with a steep price tag that would make most people wince at the prospect of living here.

According to Zillow, a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property at Rainier Square costs $19,999 per month. This condo is 2,813 sqft and is literally the most expensive rental in the city. This is a far cry from the average rent for an apartment in Seattle which is estimated at $2,267 per month.

Based on the image above, you can see why this is so costly. Here, it features high ceilings, panoramic views of the local skyline, and lots of modern fixtures and fittings. The property also comes with a number of communal amenities including a games room, cinema room, conference area, gym, and pet grooming salon.

Perhaps the best word to describe this pad would be ‘luxury’ as it has every aspect of modern living covered. Nonetheless, this definitely comes with a price which sadly puts it in the realms of fantasy for most people.
