Tampa’s most expensive property has just been listed for sale. As you would expect with this status, it is far from cheap as well. Listed on Zillow, it is currently priced at $12,500,000 which is a significant price bump compared to its last sale back in 2016 for a mere $2,175,000. Either this means that it’s vastly overpriced or it reflects the huge inflation that Tampas real estate market has undergone recently.

Located on the Palma Ceia golf course, this is apparently inspired by Caribbean architecture and includes 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, as well as 6,593 sqft of living space. Despite this, it is located on 0.57 acres of land which highlights how little room Tampa houses have to work with compared to elsewhere.

The home includes high ceilings, open-plan rooms, minimalist interiors, a large storage room, office, walk-in closet, wine cellar, games room, sizeable swimming pool and jacuzzi, car garage, as well as an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. In short, it has a lot to offer in terms of luxury features and amenities.

When combined with its location which is close to the beach while also being surrounded by Florida’s tropical nature sights, it’s clear to see why this is priced so highly. As mentioned earlier though, whether this achieves its asking price remains to be seen.
