Popular Chipotle Restaurant closed after health code violations

One of the Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants has just been closed by the city after a health code violation. The closure went into effect on December 23rd and this was at the 3000 W 7th Street location. The closure was due to a kitchen fire that happened a few weeks back. Here, no injuries were recorded but the Fort Worth fire department needed 6 fire engines to put out the blaze which was fairly substantial.

While this is unfortunate, it also shows that these closures happen for a reason and this is in the name of public health and safety. Having said this, it is believed that the venue will be back to normal once its kitchen is refurbished to the standards of the city council.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular chain restaurant that has multiple locations throughout Fort Worth. There are currently 11 Chipotle restaurants in the city, each offering the same menu of burritos, tacos, bowls, and salads made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Unsurprisingly, their key ingredient is chipotle. It is not known when this particular location will re-open which is heavily dependent on the extent of the fire damage. This could be a matter of weeks or even months if it was particularly bad.
