Recently, a small castle has been listed for sale on Zillow. Yes, you read that correctly – it’s a castle. Apparently, the structure was built in 2023 and is 1,318 sqft in size. This includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with corridors and other rooms. Interestingly, it also includes a separate property located in the same vicinity. Unfortunately, this is a regular property and doesn’t look nearly as impressive as the castle.

As seen in the images, the castle theme continues on the inside. This has two floors and circular rooms, including a large kitchen with spires and castle windows. It even includes a throne and knight armor among other castle-based features.

The asking price for this is $500,000 and it is located at Ridgeway Blvd opposite the river. Despite looking quirky, this could make an excellent AirBnB property. Due to its niche theme, it could easily be turned into a popular rental.

Theoretically, you could even move into the on-site property and rent out the case, or rent both if so desired. The total land mass is 6,000 sqft, so there’s quite a lot to work with. In other words, there’s a lot of potential with this project even if it does require some imagination.
