Opened a few weeks ago, Kape Tayo celebrated its grand opening on December 14th, and the buzz has been brewing ever since. Their specialty drinks are a must-try, especially the Iced Ube Kape, their top seller. This vibrant purple concoction blends Italian espresso, whole milk, half-and-half, and ube, a sweet purple yam native to the Philippines. The ube lends a nutty, vanilla twist that’s simply delightful.
