Because of this, it could be described as a house in the sky. Simultaneously, this also means that its monthly HOA fee is also expensive. In total, this costs $2,246 which is like having an extra mortgage to pay.

Built in 2021, this is about as modern as it gets, and it also boasts panoramic views of the city. As seen, it is incredibly bright due to the use of its open-plan layout, large ceiling-to-floor windows, and marble flooring that runs throughout the condo.

When combined with the central Lexington location, you can understand why this is priced so highly.
