Bismarck’s most expensive home knocks $400,000 off asking price – But it’s still worth millions
Bismarck’s most expensive property just underwent a whopping $400,000 price cut. It is currently listed on Zillow for $2,490,000, which also makes it one of the most pricey houses in the entire state. As seen, this is pretty colossal and has three stories that include 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 7,798 sqft of space.
Despite its high asking price, this surprisingly comes with a $88 monthly HOA fee which is cheap by anyone’s standards. Originally built in 1993, it is based on 1.09 acres of land with waterfront access via a boating dock. Perhaps one of the best aspects of this house though is its many entertaining features.
Aside from the aforementioned, it also includes a massive games room complete with a snooker table, wet bar, and poker table. Elsewhere, it also has a laundry room, storage rooms, a sizeable car garage, a private balcony, a sunroom, and a lot more. When combined with its desirable Harbor Drive location, you can see why it’s so pricey.
Overall, it will be interesting to see how this house performs considering its sizeable price cut. Although it ticks many boxes, perhaps the one thing holding back is that some of the rooms show dated interiors. Nonetheless, when it comes to Bismarck property you can’t really beat this.
