Replacing the former Marie Callender’s establishment, the new In-N-Out not only retains the beloved flavors of the iconic chain but also boasts a captivating Mission Revival-style architecture that promises to entice even the most discerning burger aficionado.

Under the astute guidance of 25-year In-N-Out veteran Danny Dugan, the San Juan Capistrano In-N-Out is set to employ approximately 80 burger associates, ensuring that patrons receive the exceptional service and culinary excellence that have made In-N-Out a beloved household name. To further enhance the dining experience, the new location features a drive-thru lane for quick and convenient orders, an indoor seating area accommodating 84 guests, and an inviting covered patio with outdoor seating for 28 additional guests.

As a testament to its enduring popularity, In-N-Out Burger maintains consistent high standards, evident in its commitment to offering starting pay of $19 per hour for its burger associates. This competitive wage reflects the company’s appreciation for its employees and their dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

To accommodate the expected surge of eager In-N-Out fans, the new location will operate daily from 10:30 AM to 1 AM, extending to 1:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. This extended service schedule ensures that burger enthusiasts can savor the authentic In-N-Out experience throughout the day and into the night.
