Austin to open new Dave & Busters in 2 weeks
Dave & Buster’s is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its second Austin location on December 18th. To prepare for this exciting new chapter, the company is seeking to expand its team by hiring 150 enthusiastic individuals.
A wide range of positions are available, encompassing both front-of-house and back-of-house roles. Talented individuals with experience in serving, bartending, hosting, line cooking, and game tech are highly encouraged to apply.
The new Dave & Buster’s location is conveniently situated at 9500 S IH35 SB Service Rd. in Southpark Meadows. This state-of-the-art facility boasts an impressive array of attractions, including over 100 cutting-edge arcade games, delectable culinary creations, innovative beverages, and an exhilarating sports bar anchored by a 40-foot Wall high-definition TV screen.
Founded in 1982 by David Corriveau and James “Buster” Corley, it is known for its arcade games, sports bar atmosphere, and food. This chain combines the fun of an arcade with the comfort and convenience of a restaurant. The chain started in Dallas, Texas, and has since grown to over 140 locations across the United States and Canada.
There are a variety of activities, including classic and modern arcade games, pool tables, air hockey, and virtual reality experiences. Guests can also watch sports on the many TV screens throughout the venue, or simply relax and enjoy some food and drinks.
