San Antonio’s newest food hall, Make Ready Market, is gradually nearing its grand opening, with several dining and beverage concepts taking shape within its refurbished structure.

Garaje Cantina, a bar concept, initiated its soft launch in early November and has been operating from 5 p.m. until sellout on Fridays and 3 p.m. until sellout on Saturdays and Sundays. Their menu features a curated selection of wines, beers, and signature cocktails, including a festive Christmas-themed Winter Spiced Cranberry Mule.

Casa Morgana, a renowned gelato company established in Mexico in 2017, has expanded its reach to the United States with a location at Make Ready Market. Opening its doors on Friday, December 1st, Casa Morgana will tantalize taste buds with velvety smooth gelato in classic flavors alongside rotating creative concoctions.

Buje, a drink stand pronounced as boujee, specializes in crafting refreshing lemonades, juices, and wellness-focused beverages using all-natural ingredients. This popular brand has graced music festivals, pop-ups, and now, Make Ready Market.

The Fair Goods, a local shopping concept, showcases a delightful array of leather goods, ceramics, apothecary products, art/decor, jewelry, and gems. Thai Bird, a Thai chicken experience focused on gluten-free cuisine, has been teasing their upcoming debut at Make Ready Market with pop-up events at Idle Beer Hall & Brewing, situated next door. Chef Devon Martinez-Temoney has hinted on Facebook that Thai Bird is nearing its soft opening, and MySA will provide updates on its official launch.
