Luxury 104 acre Glamping site proposed for Asheville
While some people prefer the traditional camping experience of sleeping under the stars in a tent, others prefer the amenities and comforts of a hotel. However, there is a growing trend of people who want something in between: glamping.
Glamping, or glamour camping, is a style of camping that combines the luxury of a hotel with the outdoorsy experience of camping. Glamping accommodations typically include upscale tents, cabins, or yurts that are equipped with comfortable beds, furniture, and sometimes even private bathrooms.
A new glamping development has been proposed for East Buncombe County near Black Mountain, North Carolina. The development, which is called ‘Mountain Lily Glamping,’ is set to appear before the Buncombe County Board of Adjustments on December 13, 2023.
The proposed development would include 20 glamping tents, a community lodge, a swimming pool, and a variety of other amenities. The tents would be situated on a 12-acre property that is surrounded by mountains and forests.
There are many benefits to glamping. For one, it is a great way to experience the outdoors without having to rough it. Glamping accommodations are typically much more comfortable than traditional camping accommodations, and they often come with a variety of amenities that make the experience more enjoyable.
Glamping is also a great way to connect with nature. Glamping accommodations are often located in scenic areas, and they provide a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The proposed glamping development in East Buncombe County is just one example of the many glamping developments that are being planned and built around the world. As the glamping industry continues to grow, it is likely that we will see even more innovative and luxurious glamping accommodations in the years to come.
