Grammy-winning brother-sister duo Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell are branching out into the culinary world with their new vegan Italian restaurant, Argento, set to open in Los Angeles’ Silver Lake neighborhood.

The restaurant will occupy the space formerly home to Little Pine, a vegan eatery founded by musician Moby in 2015. Eilish, a passionate vegan since the age of 12, has teamed up with vegan restaurateur Nic Adler, the co-founder of Monty’s Good Burger, a vegan fast-food chain with four California locations, to bring Argento to life. With this said, fans shouldn’t expect Eilish to have a hands-on approach.

Adler, known for his popular plant-based restaurant Nic’s On Beverley on LA’s Beverly Boulevard, envisions Argento as a neighborhood gathering spot with a Mediterranean-inspired menu that celebrates fresh, plant-based flavors.

Eilish’s commitment to veganism extends beyond her personal lifestyle choices. She has actively promoted plant-based living through various initiatives, including collaborating with brands like Gucci to promote cruelty-free products and advocating for veganism to address the climate crisis.

Argento’s opening marks a new chapter for the sibling duo, who have already established themselves as musical powerhouses. With their foray into the restaurant industry, they aim to bring their passion for plant-based cuisine to the vibrant Los Angeles dining scene.
