In a significant move, a large hospitality group announced its expansion into North Baltimore with the opening of a new restaurant called The Barn & Lodge within the Rotunda development in Hampden. This marks the company’s first foray into the city, signaling its ambition to broaden its presence beyond Anne Arundel County.

The new restaurant, slated to open in late 2024, will occupy a 7,000-square-foot space at 711 W. 40th St., bringing Titan Hospitality’s unique dining and event concept to Baltimore. Titan Hospitality secured a lease for the property on November 20 and is currently in the process of obtaining the necessary permits and liquor licenses.

“We are thrilled to introduce Titan Hospitality Group to the vibrant community of North Baltimore,” stated James King, CEO of Titan Hospitality Group. “The Barn & Lodge will offer a distinctive dining experience, complemented by our signature event spaces, catering to the diverse tastes and preferences of Baltimore residents.”

The expansion to North Baltimore aligns with Titan Hospitality Group’s broader growth strategy, which has seen the company open new locations in Annapolis and Columbia. In November 2023, the group unveiled its rebranded Annapolis Smashing Grapes restaurant, transformed into The Lodge, offering a similar menu and ambiance as its sister locations in Gambrills and Columbia.

With the upcoming Baltimore restaurant and the ongoing construction of the Columbia location, Titan Hospitality Group firmly establishes itself as a major player in the Greater Baltimore dining scene.
