Lincoln’s most expensive house takes $100,000 price cut – But it’s still worth millions
Recently, Lincoln’s most expensive property took $100,000 off its asking price. Despite this, it has still yet to sell which may be due to still costing a whopping $3,790,000 which also makes it one of the most pricey properties in the entire state of Nebraska and can be found on Zillow.
This is for good measure too, as it features 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 9,900 sqft of living space. On top of this, it also has 24.44 acres of land which means this is more like a private estate rather than a standalone house. As you can imagine, neighbors and noise are not a problem when living here.
This house also features a two-story foyer, office, secret room, laundry room, security vault, cinema room, and poker room. No stone has been left unturned when making this and even comes with a separate, two-story garage which can also be used as a storage unit or basketball court. The property also has one of the biggest driveways in Lincoln which extends as far as the eye can see.
Located at Old Cheney Rd, this is also in one of the best areas of Lincoln and this is reflected in the price tag. Speaking of this, it will be interesting to see if this property sells or whether it will need yet another price cut.
