Located at the heart of Bethany Beach, this is literally opposite the ocean and has some of the best views in Delaware. Because of its sunny location, this is one of the main reasons for its steep price.

The property also has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,750 sqft of living space. It also has a large canopy around the balcony which allows for even better views of the ocean. If swimming in the sea isn’t your thing, the apartment has a large communal swimming pool as well.

While the property undoubtedly has lots of positives, it hasn’t sold in over 200 days of being on the market. One of the reasons for this may be its dated decor. Originally built in 1975, this property hasn’t aged particularly well. From its furnishings to its color schemes, it’s fair to say that this could do with a makeover.

Because of this, it will be interesting to see when this property eventually does sell. While it’s clearly got many great features, it may still be too pricey for what is on offer. Because of this, it may need yet another price cut before it sells.
