This includes 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2,047 sqft of living space. As you may have gathered, it also comes with a staggering HOA fee which is $1,264. This price alone is worth more than many people’s monthly mortgage payments. With this sad, the $25,000 discount is welcomed but still may not persuade potential buyers.

In fairness, the steep HOA is somewhat justified as the building offers a fitness center, conference room, indoor pet station, three parking spaces, bike lockers, a swimming pool, and 24/7 security. Nonetheless, this may still not be enough for some people.

As seen, this comes with a raised office area which is perfect for those doing work against the backdrop of the city. This includes views of the distant mountains and the condo also includes a laundry room and open-plan interior.

Although it undoubtedly has lots of benefits and positive aspects, the fact remains that this is clearly quite expensive for a property with little over 2,000 sqft. With this in mind, it will be interesting to see when this condo sells.
