Sacramento’s most expensive condo goes up for sale – But its HOA fee may put you off
Sacramento’s most expensive condo has just been listed for sale. Available on Zillow, this property is located at The Sawyer in the heart of Downtown Commons. This is a 18th-floor Penthouse complete with a balcony and views of the city skyline. As you would imagine with such a property, it comes with a host of luxuries. However, it is unsurprisingly expensive and its HOA fee is very expensive.
This penthouse comes with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as 2,125 sqft of apce. Built in 2018, it is available for $3,199,000 and its monthly HOA fee is a whopping $2,800. While this is to be expected for a luxury penthouse, it’s still more costly than your average mortgage in the city.
valet parking (2 spaces), separate owner’s entrance and elevators, concierge, doorman, private owner’s lounge, access to the resort-style hotel pool, fitness studio, 24-hour room service, plus VIP access to Revival, Echo & Rig, and Golden 1 Center for Kings games via a private tunnel.
Simply put a large part of the price factors in the premium location. Coupled with stylish features, it’s no wonder that this is the most expensive condo in Sacramento. Based on this alone, it looks as though this stylish bachelor pad won’t be on the market for too long with all things considered.
