Over the past few months, Louisville foodies have been spoiled due to the food on offer at Lil Toasty’s. This provided burgers, hot dogs, fries, and beer and earned many positive reviews in the process. However, like all things in life, they must come to an end. In Lil Toasty’s case, its residence at Gravely Brewing has now ended and it is no more.

Despite having a fairly active Instagram page, Lil Toasty’s stopped posting one month ago. More recently, Lil Toasty’s has disabled online orders and removed their address. Similarly, there is no mention of them on the Gravely Brewing menu. Since partnering, this venture seemed to be going well, so its sudden absence came as quite a surprise for fans of the eatery.

According to one Louisville resident who worked at Gravely’s, this was always a limited-time partnership and there was no bad blood between the two. This means that for now, Lil Toasty’s has returned to being a food truck. While not the worst news in the year, it may be annoying news for locals of Gravely’s. Speaking on Reddit, they said: “Gravely bartender here, yes lil toastys has closed. It was a limited time partnership and we couldn’t be more happy with our new food concept. Please come on in and check it out!”

Although this may be frustrating news, it also poses the opportunity for Lil Toasty’s to branch out into a brick-and-mortar venue. If business was truly that good then it’s certainly something they may consider.
