In the vicinity of San Francisco’s Castro District, a shuttle bus operated by Google was involved in a collision with several vehicles on a steep incline, resulting in injuries to one individual.

The incident occurred around 8:45 a.m. on Castro Street, between 20th and 21st Streets, according to the San Francisco Police Department. Arriving officers encountered the shuttle with damage to its rear end and at least four other vehicles with significant damage, positioned both behind and in front of the bus.

Initial observations suggest the bus may have rolled back on the hill, colliding with the cars, although the exact cause of the crash has yet to be determined by the ongoing investigation.
