These days, most new restaurant openings are built up by a lot of anticipation. Typically, this involves a social media campaign and contacting local journalists. For Kwan Kitchen on Arroyo Parkway, this was not the case. This place originally opened last week but if you didn’t visit the area then you wouldn’t know. Rather ironically, Kwan Kitchen has opened to very positive reviews with many praising their food highly.

News of the opening was also shared on the website Reddit, where one user wrote: “New Thai spot on Arroyo Parkway. Nice with indoor seating. The food is great, not oily, and flavorful. This is pad Thai, but also got the green curry, great heat.”

Unfortunately, little information is available regarding the opening times of the establishment. As mentioned, this venue doesn’t have a social media presence or even a website. With this said, you’re probably best to visit in person if you want to learn more. Despite this, so far it has definitely ticked the boxes early on and it’s nice to see a new Thai spot in the city.
