Yesterday, not one but three Pagani Huayra supercars were seen driving on Maybank and River by Food Lion. As seen, these certainly look the part and are incredibly rare. In fact, these are 3 out of 100 ever made. With this said, it’s quite a bizarre sight to see them in Charleston of all places. Typically, cars like these are kept in garages by collectors and rarely see the light of day as well. In total, the Huayra cost $1.4 million, meaning these cars totaled $4.2 million.

It turns out that these all belong to the same person who is known around the city. Also known as Charles ‘The King’ (hence the license plate), he has a very impressive collection of supercars. Because of this, if you’re lucky enough then you could see these while out and about, or cars of a similar status.

News of the cars first spread on Reddit where locals expressed their shock at the sight of these majestic vehicles. Here, one user even joked that they would have to dodge the high number of potholes dotted around the city.

The Pagani Huayra is an Italian supercar that has a handcrafted carbon fiber body and a 6.0-liter, twin-turbo V12 engine that produces over 700 horsepower. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of over 230 mph.
