According to Google Maps, Shake Shack in Cameron Village is set to open on November 9th. This won’t be Raleigh’s first Shake Shack location as there are currently over 8 Shake Shack’s in the state, and this will be the 9th edition. Regardless, it will be a nice addition for locals of the Cameron Village area. Further evidence of its impending opening has been confirmed by eyewitnesses who have confirmed that it is nearly built and ready for business.

This is to be located next at 2010 Clark Avenue next to The Flying Biscuit and just down from Cape Fear Seafood Company. News of Shake Shacks arrival to the area first broke last year, when a construction company confirmed it was building the project. It is said to boast a 3,678-square-foot kitchen and dining room with a 600-square-foot patio.

Shake Shack has earned an international reputation for serving up burgers, creamy milkshakes, and crispy fries. As you may have guessed by the name, the shakes are the brand’s main focus point. The business first started in New York City’s Madison Square Park in 2004, with a humble hot dog cart that quickly became a sensation. They currently have over 350 locations scattered across the country with more on the way due to a recent expansion policy.
