Yesterday evening, a car drove into the front of the Smaltimore building. Here, an image showed damage to the front of the venue which looked to have hit a door. However, due to the distance of the photo, the true extent of the damage could not be seen. The image also showed a blue Hyundai which was the assumed vehicle next to a Baltimore Police car.

Thankfully, it looks as though the car failed to penetrate the building which could have led to a serious casualty. At this point in time, it is believed that the crash wasn’t major and although it damaged the building, it wasn’t significant.

The image was originally uploaded to Reddit, where users speculated how to car ended up crashing into the building. Some claimed that it could have been stolen due to being a Hyundai model, while others joked that it could have been a rogue Manchester United fan, as Smaltimore is famously known for supporting their bitter rivals, Liverpool.

At this point in time, Smaltimore has yet to comment on the incident. However, it is possible that they may face temporary closures due to the damage maintained by the crash. Smaltimore is a bar and restaurant located in the heart of Baltimore’s Canton neighborhood. It’s known for its popular burgers, sushi, and craft beer selection.
