Footage shows Tesla almost crashing into other car due to awful driving
While the San Antonio weather has undoubtedly been bad lately, there’s still no excuse for poor driving. In fact, it should act as a deterrent for trying anything too wild. In a video that went viral on social media yesterday, dashcam footage showed a rogue Tesla swerving uncontrollably into another lane. It actually tried to attempt a triple lane change before forcing the driver to stop and slow down to avoid a collision.
Interestingly, the person filming the ordeal showed skilled driving as well as patience. They didn’t curse or even beep their horn. Instead, they simply avoided the Tesla with expert precision. What’s more, the eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed that the Tesla had damage on its front, which gives an indication as to how its driver liked to drive.
The footage was originally uploaded to Reddit where the user who uploaded it wrote: ‘A little rain and we all start playing bumper cars.’ Despite this somewhat ironic caption, clearly, the other cars were capable of driving sensibly, as was the person who recorded it with their ordeal.
The footage ends with the Tesla almost coming to a complete stop in the fourth lane, which may have been due to finally realizing just how close they came to causing a major collision. If nothing else, this video should serve as a timely reminder for people to be extra cautious in bad conditions.
