San Jose’s Christmas In The Park begins to take shape – Even though it’s not even Halloween yet

It’s still a few days before Halloween night but the San Jose Christmas In The Park is beginning to take shape. Images recently circulated online showed a number of attractions setting up, ready for the festive season.

Notoriously, many Christmas attractions open up early, so this sight shouldn’t be too surprising. Nonetheless, there’s something odd about this happening before November. The image below was first uploaded to Reddit where users questioned whether this was appropriate or not.

San Jose’s Christmas in the Park is an annual event held in downtown San Jose that features a variety of holiday-themed activities and attractions. One of the main attractions is the outdoor ice skating rink, where visitors can skate under the twinkling lights of the holiday displays. There are also plenty of other holiday-themed activities, including live music and performances, food vendors, and a giant Christmas tree. The event usually runs from late November which makes this sight even more puzzling.

Often, organizers and stores start setting up their holiday displays early due to financial reasons. The earlier they can get customers into a festive mood, the more likely they are to spend money on decorations, gifts, and other holiday items. Plus, the longer the decorations are up, the more festive and jolly the market feels, which can help create a positive shopping experience for customers.
