Huge 50,000 square feet golf facility to open in Memphis on Friday
Topgolf Memphis is finally opening its doors. After months of construction and anticipation, the Dallas-based sports and entertainment company announced that the brand new location will open on October 27th, bringing a slice of Texas-style fun to the Tennessee city.
Topgolf Memphis will feature 72 climate-controlled golf bays, a full-service restaurant, and 200 HDTVs for optimal sports-viewing pleasure. Plus, a massive 28-foot video wall will ensure that you never miss a second of the action. And let’s not forget about the 400 new jobs that Topgolf is bringing to the city. Talk about a hole-in-one for the Memphis economy.
The new venue is located at 3450 S Germantown Road and is just shy of 50,000 square feet in size. Its doors are also to be covered by a security team to make the golfing experience as enjoyable as possible for golfing fanatics.
Like other Top Golf locations, this caters to more of a casual crowd and welcomes newcomers. Here, you can practice outside with various holes that range in distance. Because of this, the company often welcomes parties for events too. Over the past year, Top Golf has enjoyed commercial success as it has expanded its empire across the country. This includes a St. Louis facility that was opened just days ago. In two days, it will be Memphis’s turn to welcome Top Golf to its city.
