Mississippi’s most expensive house has just been listed for sale. As you may have figured with this tag, it’s not going to be cheap either. It is listed on Zillow for a whopping $6,500,000 and this will get you 5,700 sqft of living space. It also comes with 9 acres of land which mostly consists of fields and trees. As a result, this property would be even more special during the summer months.

It also comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while the front of the house has certain similarities to The Whitehouse due to its large pillars and white exterior. This isn’t as old as The Whitehouse though, as it was built in 1904. Nonetheless, it still looks very impressive.

Despite its many impressive features, it has to be said that the interior of the house is certainly dated. As seen, many of its features have been removed which gives you a real idea of how to dress the house. Here, certain rooms like the bathrooms and kitchen look like they haven’t been renovated in decades. Nonetheless, the pine floors are still impressive.

In short, if you purchased this then you’d probably need to spend a bit on renovations as this property hasn’t aged particularly well. Still, you can see that it has lots of potential and with enough TLC it could easily be turned around. Based on its issues though, it will be interesting to see if it actually sells for its initial price or whether a price cut is needed.
