Sky Harbor is on the verge of welcoming another prominent establishment to its array of dining options. Guy Fieri’s Phoenix Kitchen + Bar is scheduled to launch within the eighth concourse of Terminal 4 by the conclusion of 2024.

This significant development was endorsed by the Phoenix City Council on Wednesday, as they greenlit a contract with PHX S1 Restaurant Partners, LLC. This company will manage the restaurant in collaboration with HMSHost, Kind Hospitality, and TMG Services, Inc.

Councilwoman Kesha Hodge Washington, representing District 8 where Sky Harbor is situated, described this approval as a mutually beneficial decision in a news release. She emphasized that the addition of new restaurants not only expands travelers’ choices but also generates more job opportunities at the airport.

Furthermore, the council approved another contract for the establishment of a new SanTan Spirit House, which, upon completion, will become a second location for the cocktail bar associated with the Chandler-based brewery. The lease agreements for both these ventures will extend for a period of ten years each.

It’s worth noting that Guy Fieri has previously ventured into the Valley. The Food Network celebrity chef inaugurated his first full-service Phoenix eatery adjacent to Chase Field in June 2022. This restaurant, known as Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar, is the result of a partnership between the chef, the Arizona Diamondbacks, and Caesars Entertainment. It is located inside the Caesars Sportsbook at Chase Field.

The restaurant-sportsbook combination offers patrons access to nine betting windows and 13 self-service betting kiosks, where they can place wagers on sports events broadcast on two expansive TV screen walls. The restaurant serves a menu featuring Fieri’s signature extravagant dishes, including his famous Trash Can Nachos and Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheeseburger. On game days, when the area is bustling with fans heading to Chase Field, the restaurant offers a condensed menu.
