New York Fries to open in Newport Mall Food Court
A recent development has shown that a New York Fries stall will be ‘coming soon’ to the food court in Newport Mall, Jersey City. This space was previously operated by Burger King before they recently closed down. Since then, it has been left vacant. It goes without saying that this vacancy was never going to last long though, due to the popularity of the spot.
According to the mall’s website, the new location will be between El Jabrito’s and Boom Fryers. More information can be found here. At this point in time, it is not known when the new store will open. However, if the speed of Burger King’s exit is anything to go by, then New York Fries could be arriving sooner than you think. Since its inception, it is estimated that New York Fries has well over 100 different locations across the world. This marks a recent expansion into the East Coast of the USA.

While the name suggests a connection to New York, the chain is purely Canadian in origin.
