It was originally built in 1850 and combines its original features with modern living nicely. As well, it is also located at Coming Street which makes it one of the most desirable locations in the city. Here, it is a stone’s throw away from the city’s major restaurants and shops.

Nonetheless, the square footage isn’t particularly amazing for the price. While it’s more than enough at 2,496 sqft, this also highlights just how expensive real estate is in the city. This is comprised of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but doesn’t really have a yard either.

As seen, the original features are still intact which includes wooden beams. This matches the wooden floors which show that a lot of effort has gone into the interior of this property. These features are complimented nicely by the white theme which gives it a very chilled vibe.

Another positive of this property is the natural sunlight. Due to its positioning and bright colors, it has a very summery feel that flows throughout every room.
