Yet another coffee shop chain store is coming to Long Beach. Although Philz may be on its way out, it looks as though Coffee Drunk is coming into town. While there hasn’t been much news online around this opening, a new sign has been photographed that shows the new venue. This won’t be the first Coffee Drunk in the city either, and will be located at Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA 90807.

Aside from this image, there isn’t too much information about this particular opening. However, if you look closely you can see a laborer fixing the front of the store. Based on this, it looks like this won’t be open for a few months at least.

The image was originally shared on Reddit, where one user claimed that Long Beach was massively overly-populated with coffee shops. Here, they said: “There are 5 or more coffee houses on that stretch, and I’m surprised more are going in. Plus, Rad Coffee, Coffee Drunk, and Steelhead are down on Wardlow. I just hope this doesn’t affect Bixby Joe’s business too much, they are too good.”

Despite minimal information online, we did find this which also mentions the opening, where the official Coffee Drunk chain said: “Good things come in 3’s. Say hello to our worst kept secret in Bixby Knolls…If you don’t know, now ya know” With this said, there isn’t an exact date yet but it’s definitely on its way.
