Occasionally, individuals tend to exceed the recommended cargo capacity of their vehicles when transporting belongings or items between locations. However, a photograph captured on a Los Angeles freeway showed a car that was astonishingly overloaded with an array of junk to the point where it appeared comically exaggerated and presented a significant safety risk. It was, indeed, so overloaded that the rear of the car appeared to sag, suggesting a potential flat tire or two.

In this specific instance, it looked like someone had a considerable amount of possessions to transport. These items were precariously secured using a makeshift rope system, creating a towering pile that nearly doubled the car’s original height. These were propped up by two buckets which looked very precarious. To some extent, this spectacle was rather remarkable, given the immense quantity of items crammed into the vehicle.

This image was originally posted to Reddit which prompted one user to say what everyone was thinking and write: “I’m always impressed by these people’s level of ingenuity to somehow stack and secure all of their junk like that.”

To put it simply, the more of these journey’s taken, it’s only a matter of time before a serious incident occurs. Given the wild balancing act witnessed in this scenario, unfortunate consequences may come sooner rather than later unless stricter regulations are put into place.
