Berliner Beerhall is set to have a soft opening on October 13th, with its grand opening on October 28th. This means that if you like traditional German cuisine and you live in Tacoma then you’re in luck.

Despite being a new addition to the Tacoma food scene, its opening has been years in the making after originally opening in 2020. Despite moderate success, it was forced to close due to the Covid pandemic and has remained dormant ever since. With this said, even an optimistic person may have agreed that it wouldn’t be reopening again as it’s been three years since its inception.

However, its website now says different and has proudly announced the news of its future opening dates. It should be noted that during its initial (short-lived run), the beerhall had good reviews and was well received by locals. Because of this, we can only hope that it lives up to its reputation and gets a good crack at the Tacoma food scene this time around.

Typically, these establishments provide a unique outdoor setting for people to relish traditional German beer, hearty cuisine, and a communal atmosphere, especially during the warmer months.
