According to Zillow, this Corpus Christi mansion has been for sale for over 600 days. While it’s obviously a beautiful home, this does make you wonder why it hasn’t sold yet. From the outside it looks stunning, it also comes with luxury features such as a large pool and guest house. Furthermore, it’s also directly opposite the beach and sits on the illustrious Ocean Drive. So, why hasn’t it sold yet?

As you may have figured, the price is probably the main factor. Priced at $2,950,000, it may be too much for what is on offer compared to the rest of the local market. In fairness, it does have 6,197 sqft with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Nonetheless, the fact that it’s still unsold speaks volumes.

Perhaps another issue with this property is the interiors. As seen above, it does look a bit dated and it’s not surprising that it was first built in 1960. Nonetheless, it undeniably has some great features such as its large walls, palm trees, and a huge master bedroom.

As mentioned, this mansion certainly has a lot of positives and could make a lovely family home. Its location is arguably the best place to live in Corpus Christi and has lots of luxury touches. Nonetheless, this may carry on through to next year at this rate if the price doesn’t budge.
