Yesterday, Mizu Noodle & Asian Cuisine restaurant finally opened its doors in Asheville. If you’ve been past the premises in recent months then you may have seen the ‘coming soon’ signs. Now, these signs are no more as yesterday it officially opened. Here, you can expect Asian classics such as miso soup, beef ribs, egg fried rice and others. Arguably, Asheville doesn’t have enough locally owned Asian restaurants, so this is a good sight to see.

The restaurant is located at 22 New Leicester Hwy, Ste D Asheville, NC 28806, and is next to the YZ Asian Market. Since opening, it has received several glowing reviews on Google, with all of them being 5/5 stars.

Here, one review had this to say: “Today I stumbled upon this new place after purchasing some items from the Asian grocery store next door. I stopped by and got some curry ramen, and now I’m hooked. The pork was tender and juicy, the curry itself was very flavorful and just popped off my tastebuds. The cashier was nice and welcoming. My first experience here but it certainly won’t be my last!”

If you can’t access the physical store then the good news is that Mizu is also on Door Dash so local delivery is also available. Although it’s still early days, it looks like this restaurant is on the right track to doing well in Asheville.
