Fans of actor Jason Momoa formed a huge line to meet the Aquaman star at Pavilions Safeway supermarket in Danville over the weekend. Momoa was in the Bay Area to promote his own brand of Meili Vodka. They had a meet-and-greet where fans had a chance to purchase an autographed bottle of Meili and a photo op with the Hawaiian superstar.

Mamoa’s vodka brand was released earlier this year and lately, he’s been doing promotion along the West Coast. As well as physical stores, his vodka can be purchased online for $23.99 per bottle. Clearly, this was a hit with locals, as the queue literally went out of vision due to its sheer size.

The image was snapped by a confused resident who then uploaded the picture onto Reddit. Here, users confirmed that Mamoa was in town, and some even had a cynical take on it. One local went as far as to say: “So…they’re standing in that line to see another celeb push another brand of alcohol. Haha.”

Regardless of your stance on the matter, business looks to be booming for Mr. Mamoa who clearly has a huge fanbase. In the image alone, you can easily count a few hundred people which will equate to a lot of sales and money in the bank for the Aquaman star.
