The renowned Vietnamese coffee establishment, Trung Nguyên Legend Cafe, opened its inaugural U.S. branch on Thursday, September 21, at 9039 Bolsa Avenue in Westminster. This venerable brand, with nearly three decades of history, currently oversees a network of four manufacturing facilities and a whopping 110 retail outlets across Vietnam, in addition to its global presence in over 60 countries.

Situated within the heart of Little Saigon, the 1,300-square-foot establishment will offer a delightful array of coffee beverages crafted from 100-percent locally-sourced Robusta and Arabica beans hailing from Buôn Ma Thuột, a city nestled in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Patrons can anticipate an enticing menu featuring espresso-based classics like lattes, mochas, and cappuccinos, alongside beloved Vietnamese coffee creations such as cà phê trứng (Vietnamese egg coffee) and cà phê chồn (civet coffee). Furthermore, visitors to the new store will have the opportunity to savor Trung Nguyên’s signature dine-in coffee service, beautifully presented on intricate wooden trays.

So far, the cafe has opened to positive reviews and it looks like Orange County can’t get enough of coffee shops lately. Of course, this isn’t exactly typical compared to most of the shops in the area.

Beyond the borders of Vietnam, Trung Nguyên presently operates three additional establishments in Shanghai. For those eager to experience the distinctive flavors of Trung Nguyên, the new location can be found at 9039 Bolsa Avenue #101, Westminster, CA 92683, open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
