Iconic Anton Wulff House property goes up for sale – But it’s not cheap

If you want to own a piece of San Antonio history, then now is your chance. There is one catch. You will need $3,475,000 to purchase this property as it’s not exactly cheap. Built in 1870, this is the iconic Anton Wulff House which was previously renovated by the San Antonio Conservation Society in 1975. This house was built from limestone and almost looks like a church. With this said it’s certainly unique and is filled with character.

According to Zillow, it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as 6,000 sqft of property. This takes place on over one acre of land, so it’s fair to say that this property is fairly large. However, due to its historical status, you won’t be able to make many modifications to it either, so don’t expect to be able to put an indoor swimming pool in there anytime soon.

As you would expect, the house has a vintage look inside, but not all of the interior walls show limestone. In fact, many parts of the house look like most regular San Antonio houses. It also features a sizeable basement and many other rooms which means it’s more than big enough to house a large family.

Aside from its history, one of the biggest selling points of this property is the guest house that is also included. This has two stories and is currently used as an office. However, it could easily be converted into its own living area.
