Woman unplugs giant Jagermeister inflatable at Oktoberfest to charge phone
This weekend saw Cincinnati host Oktoberfest which has been an event running in the city for several years now. This usually involves frankfurters, lederhosen, and copious amounts of alcohol. In fairness, it wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without booze.
It may have been alcohol that caused this bizarre incident that was captured on video. Here, the woman in yellow removed the power from the giant inflatable Jagermeister display to charge her phone. This caused a disruption to the inflatable which made it shake and fall over uncontrollably. As a result, bystanders had to intervene before the woman plugged the power back into the inflatable.
The video was originally uploaded to Reddit and one user commented saying: “There’s a surprising amount of people who don’t have a clue about how anything works. Life is just an amusement park to them.” Whether it was ignorance, arrogance, or alcohol related is unknown. However, the result was chaos.
Thankfully this issue was solved quickly and didn’t cause any major disruptions. However, it also highlights how some people are blissfully unaware of how their actions have consequences. Aside from this incident, Oktoberfest was well-received and gained positive reviews from Cincinnati locals. Here, thousands of residents enjoyed a good time that included lots of food, drink, and fun.
