Delaware’s most expensive property has just been listed for sale on Zillow. As you would imagine with a title like that, it isn’t cheap either and will set you back a whopping $18,000,000 if you want to buy it. Perhaps just as expensive would be the maintenance as well, because this comes with a lot of land.

The actual house is 11,875 sqft and comes with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. However, it’s the land surrounding the property that significantly adds value. In total, this comes with 152 acres which means you wouldn’t have to worry about noisy neighbors.

Built in 1939, this property has some quirky interiors. For instance, the kitchen has tiles on the ceiling, and one room has a blue, nature theme that runs across the walls onto the ceilings. Whoever previously lived here was pretty creative. However, the house also has plenty of generic-looking rooms as well.

As well as being large in size, this also comes with plenty of luxury features. These include a swimming pool, guest house, mill house, lake, and even a farming area. In fairness, this would make a great area to build a farm. Perhaps one of the biggest selling points is the landscape. If you look around then you’re surrounded by miles of great, green fields and trees. With this said Delaware truly is beautiful. Sadly though, this beauty isn’t cheap and literally costs millions.
