Popular Persian eatery set to open in Houston next month
On October 12th, Houston will welcome a new Persian restaurant. This will be the first Rumi’s Kitchen location in Texas as it already has locations in Atlanta and Washington. In short, this shows that the chain is expanding and Houston is the next location. The new restaurant will be located at 1801 Post Oak Boulevard, Suite 120, 77056, and will serve Persian delicacies such as hummus, kabob, and falafel among other dishes. These restaurants are also known for their Persian decor which gives customers a feeling of something different.
Rumi’s Kitchen recently announced its Houston location on its official Instagram page.
This post garnered a lot of attention from Houstonians, with one resident commenting: “It’s time for me to have my Rumi’s special after over a decade. Long overdue. Welcome to TX.”
Over the years, Rumi’s Kitchen has achieved critical acclaim in Atlanta. With this said, it’s possible that Houston diners will be in for a treat. However, it may not be an easy ride for Rumi’s Kitchen as Houston already has numerous Persian restaurants dotted around the city. Regardless, it’s nearly time to give it a Houston welcome and it will be opening in exactly one month. With this said, save the date in your diary as there’s a new kid on the block.
