A few days ago, Cleveland’s most expensive condo was listed for sale on Zillow. Not only is this the most expensive condo in the city but it’s also the most expensive property as well (including houses). This condo is on sale for $2,400,000 and is the perfect bachelor pad. Not only are its interiors stunning but it has also got brilliant views of the city that are unrivaled. This has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as 4,378 sqft of space. Impressively, it also has two floors so it’s effectively the size of a house set in the sky.

As seen, the architecture is classy yet understated and doesn’t try to overdo things. It also comes with a stunning patio that would be ideal for drinks on a summer’s evening. Speaking of which, the wine cabinet could also host the size of a small brewery as well.

It also has its own drying room which is an impressive feat for a condo. Elsewhere, it has more than enough room for a grand piano which truly shows how spacious this property is. Unfortunately though, it is not confirmed whether the grand piano is included as it would make a fantastic statement piece.

Perhaps the biggest downside of this pad is the HOA fee. At $2,533 per month, it is hardly cheap. Obviously, this may not be an issue if you’re a millionaire. Nonetheless, there are many similar properties around the US that don’t have such high fees associated with them.
