However, if you’re in the minority of people who can actually afford this property, then you may be tempted. This is because it’s simply stunning and offers a certain privacy and scenic views that are hard to put a price on.

In this case, the actual price is an eye-watering $41,900,000 which means that for the average Joe, it’s far out of reach financially. Aside from the ocean views, this also sits on just shy of 10 acres of land, while also having a total of 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. In short, it’s enough to house a small clan, let alone a regular family.

In many ways, this house looks closer to a tropical hotel compared to a house. Interestingly, it has also been discounted from its original price of over $59,000,000 back in 2021. This was after it was purchased for a mere $24,000,000 back in 2020. It is not known whether it was renovated after its original purchase but it was originally built in 1996.

As seen, the house is spacious throughout and has an open-plan theme. It also has a white and blue decor which make this the ideal summer home. As mentioned earlier however, for most people on the island this price means it’s nothing more than a dream for most of us.
