Unfortunately for most of us, to buy this property it will cost you a cool $60 million. In fairness, it does look like an elite residence, so the price tag is more than justified. Put another way, this would set you back an estimated $431,000 per month in terms of mortgage payments. That’s a lot of money.

Built in 1938, this property will have definitely seen its fair share of wealthy owners over the years and is a far cry from the average Dallas property price which currently sits at $417,000. When looking back at its monthly mortgage costs, this also puts things into perspective and shows how the price of luxury is not cheap.

Then again, it is 27,000 square foot in size so you get what you pay for. Although a masterpiece of a house, this certainly isn’t for everyone and with this said, it will also be interesting to see how quickly it sells for given its small pool of available buyers due to the price.
